A New Story???

So, while I'm working on A Lucky Shot, sometimes I need a creative outlet... Usually that means a steamy chapter of a different player, or a new little one shot.
And, as per a comment on the third chapter of the Goose story... msd would like me to do another player. I mean... write about... HAHAHA!!! Sorry, I'm running on low hours of sleep and hardcore work ethic for this bistro thing that I take part in... anyways...

In essence, I would like to know if any of you have any particular players that you would liek to hear about?

My main thing... ummm... I can't make myself write about any current Detroit players, only certain Philly players, and I flat out refuse to write anything dealing with Marian Hossa (unless you want me to cause him injury* Muah hahahaha)

So, aside from those ground rules... any thoughts??

Melting A Heart of Ice: The Third Period

The sunlight was pouring through the window to his right and hitting him directly in the eyes. Alex, blinked a couple of times, getting his bearings, before looking down. There, curled against him, her face on his chest, and even a little drool lying there, was Maggie. This was the third straight night she had spent at his house. It had been almost two weeks since they met and Alex had to catch a flight tonight to Carolina for a three game road trip.

For the first time in his life, he wasn’t excited about an away series. They’d had that away game the week before, but this was an actual road trip. He was going to be gone for five days. Staring down that the sleeping woman in his arms, he didn’t want to leave his bed let alone the city. What were they going to do if they weren’t in each other’s company? He’d talked to a couple of the married guys on the team, seeking their advice in matters of the heart. Billy had been the one that had really helped him.

Melting A Heart of Ice: The Second Period

“Would you like to come over and watch the game today?”

“Alex?”

She sounded like she had been asleep. Alex looked at his clock. 7:45.

Whoops.

“Oh, ummm, yeah… good morning…”

“What time is it?”

“Almost 8a.m.”

“I’m going to murder you,” she told him. He chuckled.

Melting A Heart of Ice: The First Period

I'm going to post this story in three sections, or periods hehehe*
So, one period a day*
MANY THANKS to qfd for going over this with me!!

How did they talk me into this? I don't like people. I don't like being in the spotlight like that. Hell, I don't even like my teammates sometimes. Why did I agree to do this? Who thought it would be a good idea for me to be in one of these signing sessions? I guess I'll just grin and bear it. Oh who the fuck am I kidding? I don't grin, about anything. Not since
